Modern façade design calls for floor-to-ceiling window elements that create maximum daylight and comfort in indoor areas. The F 1200+ is the optimal solution for comfortably opening and locking even particularly large windows. The F 1200+ has a very powerful geared motor that can turn and tilt even heavy window elements up to 200 kg leaf weight – and it is exceptionally quiet. The F 1200+ can be integrated in combination with the IQ box KNX into the room automation and building management system in an intelligent manner. This makes it possible to realise automated ventilation scenarios like night-time cooling. The intuitive operating concept allows even people without instruction, for example hotel guests, to operate the windows quickly and with ease. A proximity sensor activates the control panel as soon as a person approaches. The capacitive touch buttons and an LED display make operation a piece of cake. Installation of the F 1200+ is simple; it can be
simply mounted thanks to the surface-mounted variant.
