Re-PURE is the logical further development of our PURE nonwoven fabric.
As is usual in all production processes, Recytex also produces waste during the manufacture of our products. With Re-PURE, we have created a product that solves this problem and creates a new nonwoven sheet from the leftovers. For the first time, approx. 70% of these recyclable materials have been reprocessed into a new acoustic panel from production residues in the Recytex manufacturing process. The proportion of new fibres is comparatively low at only 30%. This means that the original products, which were largely made from recycled fibres, could be 100% reused. It is planned to continue to take back the delivered products from Recytex at the end of their life cycle. With Re-PURE we close the loop and offer you a sustainable product with similar properties as our PURE collection.
Zero-Waste-Principle and therefore a sustainable use of the already produced raw materials. The new production of PES fibres can be reduced in this way. Less virgin material is used. 100% PES, 70% of which is made from recycled materials (production waste from Recytex). Current sheet size: 950 mm x 1900 mm - cut-to-size sheets are available on request. Sheet thickness: 25 mm. Weight: 4200 g/m². Material: 70% production waste + 30% virgin fibres.
